Thursday Nights see club members lace up their running shoes, with evening sessions alternating weekly between Clevedon and Portishead.

​

These are normally group interval sessions, aimed at all abilities with the goal of improving fitness and technique each week. 

​

Lasting approx. 1 hour including a warmup and a cool down the sessions are led by the club's trained coaches.

​

All ability runners are welcome and the sessions are designed so no matter what your current fitness levels are, you won’t be held up or be left behind.
