Club training

We hold regular training sessions in a supportive atmosphere for those new to the sport and those who want to push themselves further. All of our sessions carry the club ethos of “no one left behind”.


During the year we hold regular swimming training sessions these include beginners and advanced endurance, technique and speed training as well as mass swimming, open water swimming. Our Saturday cycle rides cater to all levels of experience and fitness. The same ethos is the basis of our regular running sessions including interval training, endurance building and track sessions.
