Club training

The club offers regular weekly training sessions in the disciplines of Triathlon in a friendly, welcoming setting.   The aim of the sessions is to promote triathlon and multisport events in the local area to our members and the wider community.   Each session is run in accordance with club risk assessments and aims to provide a safe space for all our members to improve/maintain their fitness to help them achieve their own personal goals.

With triathlon as a seasonal sport, we offer a variety of other training sessions throughout the year that includes -

  • Winter Fitness plans

  • Specific Transition Training

  • Strength and Conditioning Sessions

  • Open Water Swim Training

  • Zwift training rides

  • Coached Cycle at Odd Down Cycle Track.

We have members that regularly attended sessions purely to keep fit and members who have already qualified for the age group GB team – We also have members with all abilities in between.   We aim to be an inclusive club for anyone that joins us and our training offering represents that throughout the year.

Non-members are welcome to join the club activities but are limited to a maximum of 3 before they are asked to join – They must be able to evidence they have suitable 3rd party insurance before joining a ride.
